Exchange or Return of Goods
At Invicta Technologies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with your statutory consumer rights for distance selling.
Right to Cancel
If the item is in good condition and you no longer wish to keep it, you may request to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. To exercise your right to cancel, simply contact us via email or our online returns form, quoting your order number and reason for return. You are not required to provide a specific reason for cancelling, though we always welcome feedback to help us improve.
Condition of Returned Goods
To be eligible for a full refund, products must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any free gifts received with the item.
We understand that you may need to open the packaging to inspect or test the product. If the product has been unpacked or lightly used to check its functionality, this will not affect your right to return it, although a partial deduction may apply if the value is deemed to have been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, or functioning.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or becomes faulty through no fault of the customer, you remain entitled to return it under our standard returns policy. In such cases, you may be offered a replacement, repair, or full refund. Please notify us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the damage where applicable.
Exemptions
Some goods may be exempt from return or cancellation, such as:
Products that are made to order or personalised.
Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
Software, digital content or download codes, once redeemed or accessed.

- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation.

To initiate a return:

Package the item securely and send it using a tracked service for your protection.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Delivery services do not operate on UK public holidays, so any orders placed around these dates may experience slight delays.
We always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but if your estimated delivery date falls on a bank holiday, your parcel will usually arrive the next working day.

Eligible products will have the next-day delivery option clearly shown at checkout. Please note that cut-off times apply, and orders must be placed before the deadline to qualify.
If your order includes multiple items, and only some are eligible, the next-day option may not apply to the entire order.

If you're not available, the courier may:
